What is reiki healing, and how does it work?

Reiki is a holistic energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance by aligning your body’s energy flow. Sessions available online and in person in London.

Do I need prior experience in mindfulness or meditation to join?

No prior experience is required! All exercises are designed to be simple, effective, and easy to follow.
